How do i calculate the propagation delay suffered by a wifi signal?

If for example i am at 50 metres from the access point?

It’s negligible compared to the delays in the computer and network. The wireless link itself propagates at the speed of light (radio waves), so to cover 50M, the radio wave delay is 0.167 microseconds (1.67e-7 seconds).
Your other delays are in the order of milliseconds (1000 microseconds), like your computer, router overhead and overall internet delays.
