How do I connect an old pc to a Home wireless network?

So I have an old PC (maybe made in the early 2000’s) and a Home Wireless Network, connected to a broadband modem and a wireless router. I have no idea how to connect my old PC to the network. Help would be appreciated.

Get an ethernet cable and plug one end into your router, and the other into the back of your PC.

Ethernet cables look like this: http://www.unconventionalbelts.com/files/standardcable.jpg

If you want it to be wireless, you’d need a wireless NIC and put that into the computer. I would go with the wired connection though.
