It’s not that hard to do.
Just pop in your Backup CD that came with your computer.
If you don’t have a backup cd, then call your computer model company and ask for it.

To keep your documents and other stuff, get a Memory stick to back it up.

Yes. It is difficult to explain because every computer is different. But look for a program called “system reboot” – “system restore” – “system restart” Or consult your manual for more info

Go to File Hippo and put ccleaner on.It will clean most of it.Or if you want it
cleaned and tuned.Put Advanced Windows Care 3 on and let it do it’s work.
If you want to clean from factory settings you loose all your data unless you
put it on a disk.Don’t say what you have so can’t advise. But if you want to do
it go to a forum of it’s make and ask.

Pc’s that dont come with a cd usually have to be turned off, wait 5 seconds then turn on. Put your finger on the F11 key and be ready as you only get about 3 seconds to push it. Your screen will tell you when then just follow directions. You will lose everything but windows so save your photos and music first. Your pc will be free of virus’s and junk files.

No it is not hard to delete eevrything and start again – all you need is a Windows installation disk which you use to format the hard drive which will wipe everything off in preparation for installing the operating system.

You have not said why you need to take this drastic action and the advice is do not wipe your hard drive to fix a minor problem. State the problem and see if someone can fix it for you on Yahoo Ansers.
