How much should I charge to transfer pictures and files to a new PC?

I’m a college student and got invited to do some simple computer work at a friend of a friends house. Set up wireless network, transfer files to a new PC, update a blue-ray player, and possibly wipe and reinstall XP on the old pc. I’m planning on just setting up file share to do the transfer over Ethernet.
