Why is my computer so slow at attaching photos to my email?

Hello,
my computer is very slow attaching pictures to emails.
Alot of the time it doesn’t even work. It wasn’t always like this. I have a hotmail and yahoo accounts and it’s like this for both of them. The hotmail use to let me click on the pictures I wanted then it would upload them all at the same time. Now it does one at a time and takes forever.

    Could be your pics are to large. You may need to shrink them to a smaller size. That’s what I had to do.
