How 2 connect a pc and a laptop? Can i use the existing lan wire which is connects my pc and a router?
I have a dlink GLB 502 T router which I use for my broadband connection and it is connected to my pc with the ethernet port. So can i use the same lan wire to connect my pc and a laptop?

You can do this but you must set both computers to be on the same workgroup.

You can use the same cable, but you’ll have to disconnect the PC.
If you don’t want to do that, then you’ll have to either upgrade to wireless, or connect the laptop to the router with another Ethernet cable.
