How can i improve the wifi signal being picked up by wireless USB adaptor?
I im using a speedtouch wireless adapter with easy wifi radar. Is there a way to make the adapter stronger to receive signals from further away?

Some wireless routers and access points are just weak. I had a Belkin that was weak like that.
Also some wireless cards are not as good as others. If your card comes with some kind of software, switch between Windows’ own wireless handling and the card’s own, depending on what you are using. I have known people to have better luck switching to Windows or away from Windows as far as managing the wireless connection.
