So somehow everyone in Tipperary Town is supposed to get “Free Wifi” Internet? You could spring for your own connection and then YOU can supply the rest of the town!
There indeed are some cities that have tried the “experiment” and found that over time they couldn’t pay the bills related to the system even with increased taxes. I don’t know about your town but around where I live people who want internet don’t expect someone else to pay the bill.
