Go into iTunes. Go to File>create backup to CD. Then insert multiple CD’s. iTunes will copy all music to them. Then insert them into your Mac and burn them to the library. You are done!
Good luck!

Apple has a Web page that explains how to move your music to a new computer. Check it out:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1329
One thing you may need to watch out for is the format of the music. If it is in AAC or .mp3, you are fine. But if it is in Windows Media format (.wmv) it can get tricky to put it into a Mac-friendly format. Try to do the conversion to .mp3 before you switch over to the MacBook Pro.
BTW, you will simply LOVE the MacBook Pro. I knew it would be cool and easy, but I didn’t realize that it will run _Windows_ programs faster than my PC.

You can try 4Easysoft iPod Manager for Mac
http://www.4easysoft.com/ipod-manager-for-mac.html
Key Features:
1. Full-featured Mac iPod Manager to manage iPod files
It can import video/audio files to iPod directly without iTunes and transfer iPod video/audio to Mac without any loss.
2. Detect iPod/iPhone info directly
Once you connect it, the specific info about the devices can be shown: iPod type, iPod capacity, iPod version, serial number, format, and the available space, used space.
3. Quick search
For you to detect iPod files exactly and easily, the “Track Filter” function can categorize the files as Genre, Artist, Album.
4. Manage playlist
You can add or delete playlist or its contents.
Hope this is helpful.
