How to connect a laptop’s wireless connection to a pc?
I currently have Telstra Next G wireless internet through a wireless card that I plug into the side of my laptop. Is there anyway, i can share this connection with my pc, via some sort of wire?

On your laptop, go to Help and Support services. Search for Internet Connection sharing. Follow the given steps on your Laptop and on your computer. You should be able to access internet on both the computer. Make sure your laptop and desktop are connected using a ‘Cross cable’

actually, yes.
It’s called a cross-over cable, and allows you to create something called an “ad-hoc” network between the two computers.
I did that for a network I was setting up for my company, but we only had one cellular internet usb card.
