Is there any way to buy Android apps on the computer and then transfer them to the phone?

Like how you can buy apps in itunes for the iphone. I own the motorola droid.

Take a look at AppBrain @ appbrain.com. It lets you browse the market on your browser and then lets you mark programs for install. You can then download the AppBrain app on your phone and sync with the website.

You still have to buy them through your phone, but it’s a bit easier to find apps this way.
